My work today is simple:
I create a structured path through complexity.
I've led executive teams, managed multi-million dollar relationships, and navigated decisions that impacted families, futures and outcomes.
But, I also understand something less often discussed: High-capacity leaders often avoid “the one decision” that would change everything.
Finding joy.
I believe in bringing my whole self into my work.
By sharing my experiences, challenges, growth, and the journey back to myself, I create space for others to do the same.
